We service parties and events of all types and sizes. Our experienced staff has is happy to help you plan and execute your most memorable event yet! We have provided equipment and/or staff for backyard birthday parties, graduations, after-prom parties, lock-ins, corporate events,4th of July celebrations, Christmas parties, airshows, festivals, parades, and any other event you can imagine!
Yes, delivery, set-up and pick-up is included in the price of our rentals within 15 miles of our warehouse location, 15 Heatco Drive, Cartersville, GA 30120. After 15 miles, there is a delivery fee that is automatically added to your invoice total. The delivery fee is calculated by actual mileage from our warehouse.
Some of our items are available for pick up, including most of our concessions and carnival style games. Inflatables are NOT available for pick up at this time.
Yes, all of our equipment is fully insured. We are happy to provide proof of insurance upon request. We can also name your property or event on an additional insured certificate if needed. This takes a little longer, so plan accordingly.
Northwest Georgia is our main service area. We deliver for free within 15 miles. After 15 miles, a delivery charge is added depending on actual mileage from our warehouse, 15 Heatco Drive, Cartersville, GA 30120. For larger events, we travel throughout the Southeastern United States!
We set up on grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we do not set up on rocky surfaces because it damages out units. We will NOT set up in an area with animal waste, so please have your yard prepared before our arrival.
Yes, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to reserve your unit(s).
Please book your event as soon as possible to guarantee that you get what you want for your party. Many items are booked weeks and sometimes months in advance, especially for holidays and weekends.
All cancellations made at least 14 days in advance will be given a full refund the same way payment was submitted. Cancellations made 13 or fewer days in advance are entitled to a credit that may be used up to 180 days from the original booking date. The same items are not guaranteed to be available for the new event date. Cancellations made on the day same day of the event forfeits their deposit and will not be entitled to a refund or a credit except in the case of inclement weather. On the day of the event, if rain, high winds or any other dangerous weather conditions determined by Bounce and Rides are present, you may choose to have a credit towards your next booking or a full refund of your deposit amount.
The full balance of your rental is due upon delivery. You can pay the remaining balance one of three ways: 1) Give cash to the driver. The driver will not accept checks or process credit card transactions. 2) Mail a check to our office to be received before the day of the event. 3) Complete payment by credit or debit card online. Rentals will not be set up if payment is not made in full prior to the event.
